Pictures are rarely speaking to me

So here are all the pretty ;) icons I did this month...

I followed the tut a friend gave me. I tried really hard so here it is

I like it, but still it could have turn out better. Well tell me what you think.

Well, as stated in my user info, I said I was pretty much dead but lately I've been thinking about coming back, you know, as a zombie lol. I really like doing graphics and even if my skills sucks, I want to get better. So I've been thinking about reopening this journal, as a pretty broad graphics journal, with mostly layouts, headers, wallpaper but also icons, because icons is like my drugs, it's bad for me (I can't seem to make decents icons) but I keep doing it.
So.. I don't know... let's see...

I just found out that when I go look at my icons on others computers they are all very yellowish. I think my LCD screen is to blue-ish. I tried to calibrate it but it just doesn't look right. Well, now I almost have to banish yellow and earth tones of my icons.

For example I have this icon:

For me this icon is very pale, with grey-pink tones. On the others computers it was very yellow.

Well another update. I have a few but it is so long to update that I prefer to make small ones more often *cough*. So this batch is mostly Gantz, that you should definitly read if you haven't. Well I read the 15 volumes in one day so I didn't think of taking "screencap". Mostly from the latest chapters and using like only 3 images fu fu fu.

So this is my first FO banner where I played a little with brushes.
I did not put text on it cause I prefer to let every user "customize" their FO banner. I can do it for you if you ask nicely. And you can use it as an header for example.
